MAP Can Help You Choose A Medicare Part D Plan
If you are a solid-organ transplant recipient living in the State of Georgia, MAP wants to help you choose and enroll into a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan, free of charge.
Beginning January 1, 2006, new Medicare prescription drug plans will be available to all Medicare beneficiaries. The initial enrollment period began November 15, 2005 and will last thru May 15, 2006. Drug plans may vary in what prescriptions are covered, how much you have to pay, and which pharmacies you can use. There is also a penalty if you do not join a plan by May 15, 2006.
The MAP representatives can provide you with personalized information and assistance to guide you to a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan that meets your prescription needs. For more information call MAP at 706-721-0131, or E-mail: map@mapuga.com
